Job Description We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team based in Solihull, West Midlands Location: Solihull, West Midlands We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role Are you ready to take your project management career to the next level? Join our collaborative team where you'll oversee high-value, technically complex construction projects from concept to completion. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders while guiding your team to deliver exceptional results in a supportive environment. Typical projects you can expect to lead on range from £25m to £90m across various sectors including Education, Health, MOD and MOJ. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Your day to day will include: Providing thoughtful leadership on assigned projects , from tender stage through to successful delivery Building and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders while understanding their goals and expectations Mentoring and empowering project teams to deliver exceptional results Managing project budgets, timescales and resources with careful attention to detail Identifying creative solutions to technical and logistical challenges that arise on projects What are we looking for? This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if: You have significant experience in guiding construction projects of substantial value from pre-construction to delivery You're passionate about creating supportive team environments where colleagues can thrive You have excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships with diverse stakeholders You possess expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions You hold a relevant construction qualification at Degree level or equivalent , with membership to a professional body such as CIOB/ICE Rewards and benefits We're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
