Join our collaborative team where you'll oversee high-value, technically complex construction projects from concept to completion. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders while guiding your team to deliver exceptional results in a supportive environment. Typical projects you can expect to lead on range from £25m to £90m across various sectors including Education, Health, MOD and MOJ. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Your day to day will include: Providing thoughtful leadership on assigned projects , from tender stage through to successful delivery Building and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders while understanding their goals and expectations Mentoring and empowering project teams to deliver exceptional results Managing project budgets, timescales and resources with careful attention to detail Identifying creative solutions to technical and logistical challenges that arise on projects What are we looking for?
