What The Project Management Department Does At Worldwide
Worldwide Clinical Trials’ Project Management is a perfect blend of operational rigor and therapeutic expertise, with a client-focused approach. Our Global Project Leads (GPLs) and Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) ensure projects are delivered with high quality while adhering to "doing it right the first time".
The Project Management team:
- Engages in all aspects of clinical trials in collaboration with scientific and therapeutic leadership
- Coordinates cross-functional teams for seamless execution
- Provides flexible, innovative, and proactive solutions

The Role: Senior Project Manager (SPM)
What You Will Do
You are responsible for the overall coordination and management of clinical trials, from start-up through closeout activities.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Directing the technical, financial, and operational aspects of multisite clinical trials to ensure successful completion
- Working with major functional area leads to:
- Identify and evaluate critical project issues
- Interpret complex data and challenges
- Make well-informed business decisions
- Ensure solutions are implemented effectively
- Ensuring that all project deliverables meet customer expectations in terms of timeline, quality, and cost
- Collaborating with Project Management Directors and functional partners to uphold contract and customer expectations
What You Will Bring To The Role
- High levels of responsibility and accountability in all tasks
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in demanding, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in project management processes, including budgeting and financial oversight
- A proven track record of leading or managing multidisciplinary project teams

Your Experience
- 6–7 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Clinical Project Management role in a CRO setting
- Oncology-specific experience in a PM role is essential
- A degree in Life Sciences is preferred
- Willingness to travel as required by the project
