Senior Project Manager

Manchester | Construction Consultancy | Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for more than just another consultancy role?

Our client is a well-established, independent property consultancy with over 25 years of industry experience, known for delivering commercially focused advice and building long-term relationships with clients across the UK. As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Manchester office.

Working within a collaborative, director-led team, you'll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, providing expert advice while delivering exceptional outcomes for clients across a wide range of sectors.

You'll be responsible for leading projects through every stage of the project lifecycle, including:

  • Managing projects from feasibility through to completion
  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Developing and managing project programmes, budgets and risk
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
  • Managing procurement and contract administration
  • Chairing project meetings and driving successful delivery
  • Monitoring quality, programme and commercial performance
  • Identifying opportunities to add value for clients and support business growth
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued success of the business

About You

We're keen to speak with Project Managers who can demonstrate:

  • Consultancy experience within the construction or property sector
  • Proven experience delivering construction projects from inception to completion
  • Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
  • Experience across one or more sectors including residential, leisure, or regeneration projects
  • MRICS, MAPM or CIOB membership would be advantageous, although not essential
