## **Senior Project Manager – Defence Estate Transformation**
**Location:** Forthview House, Rosyth, Fife, Scotland, KY11 2BL

### **Role Overview**
As **Senior Project Manager**, you’ll lead **high-impact pre-construction projects** pivotal to the transformation of the **Defence estate**. Your work will ensure **CDM compliance, robust stakeholder engagement, and sustainable design**, shaping long-term infrastructure quality and performance. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in complex construction environments.

### **Key Responsibilities**
#### **Project Leadership**
- Oversee **pre-construction work** for schemes ranging from **£100K to £10M**
- Develop **client briefs** and shape **strategic project options**
- Ensure **full CDM compliance, health & safety standards and tender adherence**
- Manage **supply chain relationships, design assurances, risk mitigation and sustainability goals**
- Coordinate **seamless project handover** to regional teams and asset management
#### **Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Champion **Government Soft Landings** for long-term project success
- Drive **stakeholder engagement** across senior establishments and delivery teams
#### **Team Development**
- Foster a **high-performing, collaborative team culture** with clear accountability

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £59,800 – £65,995 (DOE)
- Monthly car allowance: £600

Essential Requirements
✅ Proven experience in high-complexity construction project management ✅ In-depth CDM regulations knowledge, risk assessments, health & safety standards ✅ Strong resource management (budgets, contracts, tenders) ✅ Exceptional stakeholder communication & negotiation ✅ Demonstrated ability to deliver project excellence with ‘last-mile’ polish ✅ Valid UK driving licence
