We are partnering with a leading insurance organisation seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver complex underwriting and business transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, driving strategic change, and ensuring delivery against scope, budget, and timelines.

- Extensive project management experience within the insurance sector, particularly delivering underwriting-focused transformation programmes.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation through to implementation.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Knowledge of London Market and specialty insurance environments.
- Experience managing significant budgets and multi-year project timelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
