Senior Project Manager - Remediation
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
A rare opportunity to work on one of the UK's most high-profile and closely watched residential remediation programmes.
The scheme in question is one of the largest and best known residential-led neighbourhoods in the country, home to hundreds of residents across multiple buildings. As with many developments of its era, post-Grenfell scrutiny has surfaced external cladding, balcony and internal compartmentation issues that now require a structured, expertly managed remediation programme, delivered while the buildings remain fully occupied.
This is not a routine project management brief. It sits at the intersection of fire safety, construction delivery and stakeholder management, on a scheme that regulators, investors and the industry are watching closely. The successful candidate will be trusted to represent the organisation directly with third party surveyors, designers and contractors, and will build a track record in complex, high-rise remediation that few project managers in the market can claim. For anyone looking to specialise in building safety and fire remediation, a scheme of this scale and profile is about as strong a credential as the sector offers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
