Role Purpose
This critical role supports one of HH Global’s key Global FMCG clients to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic and innovative permanent retail display projects across Europe. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless execution from the initial client brief through concept, design, production, and final in-store delivery—with an emphasis on innovation, quality, and efficiency.
You will:
- Own and drive project management for Permanent Point of Sale Material (POSM) initiatives, aligning with the client’s sourcing strategies and program plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed standards.
- Maintain a deep understanding of retail environments, design, and manufacturing processes.
Operating model: Blended (office-based at HH Global’s local office, client/vendor sites, and flexible homeworking as required).

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Align all projects with client contractual, commercial, and operational processes, including rate cards and program plans.
- Review and validate client briefs with stakeholders to ensure clarity, feasibility, and completion.
- Act as the primary single point of contact (client, suppliers, internal teams) to drive timely approvals and information flow.
Project Execution
- Define and agree timelines, milestones, and critical paths, including RFQ processes outside standard flows.
- Take full ownership of projects from design and technical buying through to installation.
- Ensure documentation compliance with HH Global standards, issued to all stakeholders (technical specs, approvals, etc.).
Quality & Supply Chain Coordination
- Oversee technical and quality control in partnership with Technical Buying, QC teams, and suppliers.
- Manage change requests, communicating implications clearly to clients and suppliers.
- Lead a small technical project team (where required).
Logistics & Delivery Management
- Quality Management:
- Embed quality control processes into timelines.
- Ensure proper execution and documentation.
- Logistics & Freight:
- Coordinate logistics with suppliers to guarantee on-time delivery and correct documentation (e.g., Incoterms).
- Manage stock movements and warehouse updates.
- Installation:
- Define scope, manage vendors, issue POs, and track progress.
- Post-Project:
- Conduct reviews for continuous improvement.
- Close project documentation and ensure accurate invoicing per contracts.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirements
Essential Criteria
✅ Proven experience in POSM/retail display project management with a robust understanding of 3D design and production processes. ✅ Highly organised, with a sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple EU-wide projects simultaneously. ✅ Experience acting as the primary liaason for clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure temporal alignment. ✅ Ability to build strong client relationships at senior levels, with excellent stakeholder management and intercultural communication skills.
