Senior Project Manager – Tier 1 Fit Out & Refurbishment Contractor

The business has a strong pipeline of secured work, the company continues to grow and invest in its project delivery teams. Typical project values range from £1M–£100M+, encompassing high-end commercial fit outs, refurbishments, and technically challenging projects.

Project:
£20M+ High-end CAT B commercial fit out in Central London for a blue-chip client.
Salary & Package:
£120,000+ (The right salary will be paid for the right person!) Plus an attractive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of a £20M+ high-end CAT B commercial fit out from pre-construction through to completion.
- Take ownership of the construction programme, ensuring key milestones and project deadlines are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
- Drive the highest standards of health & safety, quality assurance, and overall project delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the commercial team to manage budgets, procurement, and cost control.
- Chair progress meetings, produce regular reports, and provide updates to both senior management and the client.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale commercial fit out projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
