Senior Project Manager – SaaS (Legal)

Location: Worcester – Hybrid Rate: £600 – £625 per day (Inside IR35) Contract: 6 months

About the Role

Our client, a well-known market leader, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their programme delivery team and drive the end-to-end delivery of two new solutions within the legal services domain as part of a business transformation programme.

This is a fast-paced, complex environment, where you will:

  • Manage third-party vendors and complex internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of off-the-shelf/SaaS solutions in a client-side environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of two SaaS/off-the-shelf legal solutions as per timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align scope, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee change management, testing, and deployment, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Report on progress, risks, and challenges to leadership, maintaining transparent communication.
  • Deliver within a 6-month contract period with clear project milestones.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager or equivalent, with end-to-end SaaS implementation experience (client-side).
  • Strong experience in legal technology solutions, including off-the-shelf platforms, APIs, and integrations.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, balancing vendor relationships with internal needs.
  • Agile and structured approach to project delivery, with a focus on meeting deadlines in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience in programme-level delivery, including multiple concurrent projects if relevant.
  • Familiarity with IR35 and contract roles in the off-payroll sector (self-employed or contract-to-hire roles).
