Senior Project Manager – Super Prime Residential | West & South West London
A highly regarded, boutique project management consultancy operating exclusively in the super-prime and ultra-high-net-worth residential sector is appointing a Senior Project Manager to expand their dynamic team.
The business manages a portfolio of ~10 live projects, including:
- High-end houses
- Whole-house refurbishments
- Cut-and-carve schemes
- Bespoke new builds
Operating primarily across West and South West London, projects typically range from £1m to £15m in value. With new fee proposals in development, this role provides timely growth into a forward-momentum business.
Key Aspects of the Role
- Expectation: A senior-level appointment with immediate ownership over projects—no need for direct oversight.
- Scope: Manage end-to-end delivery, spanning:
- Early design coordination and consultant management
- Procurement, construction, and post-handover stages
- Dual function as client representative and contract administrator

Requirements & Desired Background
The business seeks a candidate offering:
- A design-led or consultancy background (not traditional contractor-driven).
- Relevant experience strongly preferred in one or more of the following:
- Architectural practice
- Design-led consultancy
- Client-side role with proven design focus
Essential Criteria
✔ Proven expertise in super-prime/prime private residential projects ✔ Experience managing UK-based refurbishments, extensions, or cut-and-carve schemes in West/London ✔ Strong consultant coordination skills with in-depth knowledge of design/planning processes ✔ Outstanding professionalism and elaborate polish to represent ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients/clients ✔ Excellent communication expertise—engaging with clients, contractors, and consultants at all levels
