The Role This role operates within a highly regulated Pharma / Life Sciences R&D environment, supporting mission‑critical applications that enable research, clinical processes. The role has a direct impact on compliance with global regulatory standards (e.g., GxP/CSV), ensuring system reliability, and uninterrupted delivery of ongoing innovation initiatives. You will work on complex, integrated platforms leveraging modern engineering practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps), while navigating high‑pressure delivery timelines, live production environments, and continuous release cycles. Exposure to cutting‑edge technologies, enterprise-scale integrations, and compliance-driven delivery models makes this a critical role for ensuring both business agility and operational stability.Work directly with Product Owner and Business.
Your responsibilities: Lead delivery and ongoing enhancement of business‑critical, regulated R&D applications in a live production environment. Manage complex technical landscapes spanning infrastructure, databases, and system integrations, ensuring timely issue resolution. Drive end-to-end compliance activities including validation documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to regulatory standards (CSV/GxP). Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities in resource-constrained environments, ensuring optimal delivery outcomes. Proactively manage risks, issues, and schedule pressures, implementing mitigation and recovery strategies to ensure delivery continuity. Utilize Azure DevOps (or equivalent tools) for backlog management, sprint planning, release tracking, and reporting. Ensure robust lifecycle governance including change control, validation, release management, and production support. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (business, IT, vendors, operations) to drive alignment and delivery predictability. Define and support technical solution designs to enable seamless system integration and operational efficiency. Demonstrate strong ownership, resilience, and decision-making capability in high-pressure, high-demand delivery environments.
