Ready to lead a critical package of work on one of Europe’s largest and most complex construction projects? Join EDF at Hinkley Point C, where your leadership will help shape the future of low-carbon energy generation. At EDF, Success is Personal – and this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact while developing your career your way.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager – NDT, you’ll take ownership of a major strategic Tier 1 contract, leading the delivery of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) involving radiography and being involved in the development and use of new innovative technologies. Your work will directly support the safe, timely and efficient delivery of Hinkley Point C, one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects.

This role is based full-time on site at Hinkley Point C, where you’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams delivering a project that is supporting the transition towards An Electric Britain.

This is an opportunity to influence major strategic outcomes, manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead high-performing teams. You’ll drive delivery across safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives while contributing to continuous improvement and long-term project success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
