About the Company
Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking to take the lead on a significant project with a well-established main contractor that genuinely values its people? We are working with a highly regarded contractor known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and consistent delivery of high-quality projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to head up a major project in Kent.
About the Role
- Lead the successful delivery of a project valued at up to £15m.
- Take full responsibility from site through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Act as the key client contact, building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication throughout the project.
- Be predominantly site-based in Kent, with occasional visits to the company's office.

Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of a project valued at up to £15m.
- Take full responsibility from site through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

- Be predominantly site-based in Kent, with occasional visits to the company's office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager working for a main contractor.
- A successful track record of delivering construction projects valued up to £15m.
