Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technical excellence and strategic business development. You won't just manage timelines; you will lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle, ensuring our customers’ most ambitious goals are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex Project Leadership: Manage customer expectations across the full value stream, navigating the challenges of product development; scope, budget, quality, and risk management.
  • Financial Excellence: Drive projects toward successful financial execution, utilizing advanced business systems to project revenue and opportunities accurately.
  • Strategic Business Development: Contribute to the customer development process to win new business and cultivate long-term, repeat partnerships.
  • People Leadership & Coaching: Mentor, guide, and support the career development of your team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Talent Mentorship: Actively identify and develop the culture of growth and excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Act as a catalyst for change by constantly evaluating and improving processes. You will refine our operational frameworks to eliminate silos, increase efficiency, and elevate the standard of our global output.

Your Background:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  • Experience: 8+ years of related experience in engineering or project management (preferred).
  • Technical Depth: A detailed understanding of at least one engineering discipline (e.g., analog, digital, mechanical, software, or PCB).
  • Process Mastery: Extensive knowledge of product development and realization processes.
  • Leadership: Strong team-building skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through demanding schedules.
