About the Role

Zealous are working with a globally operating digital agency, an agency renowned for crafting intelligent, data-driven digital experiences for some of the world’s most forward-thinking organisations.

Their specialism? Designing and delivering websites, apps, portals and intranets that don’t just look great, but connect seamlessly across sales, service, eCommerce and marketing. These are true end-to-end experiences driven by data, underpinned by strategy, and designed to meet customers where they are, with the right message at the right time.

They’re now looking to bring in a Senior Digital Project Manager to help lead the successful delivery of these complex and transformative digital programmes.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Digital Project Manager, you’ll be the lead orchestrator on high-impact digital projects for global clients managing delivery from discovery and scoping through to launch. You’ll sit at the centre of a talented, cross-functional team of designers, developers, strategists, data experts and client partners ensuring seamless execution, commercial success and exceptional user outcomes.

Projects vary in size and scope, from large-scale websites and mobile apps to fully integrated portal and intranet solutions that connect deeply with CRM and customer data platforms.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of digital projects from end to end
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and a trusted partnership throughout
  • Manage budgets, timelines, resourcing and project scope with precision and accountability
  • Work closely with internal teams to align technical, creative and strategic outputs
  • Apply agile and hybrid delivery methodologies to suit project needs
  • Identify risks early and resolve blockers with confidence
  • Ensure final deliverables exceed client expectations in terms of quality, performance and user value

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital project management
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-channel digital projects within an agency or consultancy setting
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with customer data, marketing technology, or connected platforms (Salesforce, Sitecore, Adobe, HubSpot etc.) is highly advantageous
  • Calm under pressure, highly organised, and solution-oriented
