Senior Project Manager – Commercial Projects

London | £60,000 – £75,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a long-established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their London team. The business has a strong reputation across the commercial property sector, delivering high-quality projects for institutional investors, developers, and occupiers. With a healthy pipeline of commercial office and refurbishment schemes, they are looking to strengthen their project management capability at senior level.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of commercial projects from inception through to completion, acting as the key client contact and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects across all RIBA stages
  • Acting as Employer’s Agent / Project Manager where required
  • Leading consultant and design teams
  • Managing programme, procurement, risk, and cost control
  • Overseeing contract administration and commercial performance
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
