About the Role
The Senior Project Manager role is within our Global Professional Services (GPS) team, focused on ensuring enterprise customers succeed on our TXM platform—on time, on budget, and to a high-quality standard.
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation programs, from initial scoping to full business adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Governance & Program Leadership
- Design and implement strong project governance
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality
- Lead multi-country, multi-stream programs
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives

Complex Talent Transformation Delivery
- Oversee Phenom platform implementation while prioritising customer value
- Coordinate stakeholders and manage dependencies across HR processes, technology, change, and adoption
- Translate business strategy into actionable delivery plans

- Advisory & Organisational Transformation
- Challenge clients on operating models, governance, and priorities
- Provide systemic insights across processes, tools, people, data, and culture
- Drive strategic decision-making through scenarios, options, and recommendations
- Act as a strategic problem-solver, not just a delivery manager
What You’ve Done
- 7+ years leading complex programs or transformation initiatives
- Experience in HR Tech, Talent Management, HCM, or large-scale digital transformation
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in international, multi-entity programs
- Professional certifications: PMP, Prince2 and/or Scrum Master
- Strong structure, governance, and program discipline
- Ability to thrive in high-complexity, high-ambiguity environments
- Proactive prioritisation, anticipation, and decision-making
- Senior-level stakeholder management
- Strong client and results orientation
- Clear, confident, and diplomatic communication
- High resilience and emotional intelligence
- Natural leadership to drive impactful outcomes
