About the role

Great Britain’s electricity network is undergoing a once-in-a-generation transformation. Alongside industry partners, we’re building a cleaner, greener energy system that will power the future and protect the planet for generations to come.

We’re looking for 2 Senior Project Supervisors, one for our Northwest London team and the other for Central-East. You will be part of our Infrastructure Delivery business unit, supporting projects across the Watford and Chelmsford areas.

About the role

As a Senior Project Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of construction activities on site. Working closely with our principal contractors, you’ll ensure all works are carried out in line with legal safety requirements and National Grid policies.

You’ll lead and develop a team of Project Supervisors, providing day-to-day support, coaching and guidance, while effectively allocating resources across projects. You’ll be accountable for maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance across your area.

You’ll also contribute to developing future talent by mentoring colleagues within our Construction Development Programme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee site-based construction activities to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
  • Support site and project teams to meet CDM regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site audits, inspections and safety walks.
  • Lead coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Produce Site Visit Reports and facilitate engagement with designers and partners.
  • Manage risk to ensure projects are delivered to scope, time, cost and quality expectations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
