About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and dedicated Senior Property Manager to join our team in Greater London. This is a full-time, on-site role Mon to Fri where you’ll:

- Oversee daily property operations, and working closely with our lettings team
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations
- Develop strategies to boost property value and occupancy
- Provide excellent service and support to our clients
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in property management, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination
- Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and compliance
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort using property management software such as Reapit or similar
- ARLA qualifications are a bonus but not essential
