Are you an experienced property professional with a passion for leadership, quality, and customer service? We're looking for a Senior Property Inspector to lead our Property Inspectorate Team and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality inspections, surveys, and data collection across our housing stock. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical property knowledge with people leadership, helping to drive service improvement, performance, and quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead and support a team of Property Inspectors and Assistant Property Inspectors while ensuring customers receive an efficient, high-quality service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and motivating a team of Property Inspectors
- Monitoring inspection performance and service delivery
- Quality assuring surveys and inspection data
- Identifying trends and risks across the housing stock
- Supporting compliance with Awaab's Law and housing standards
- Developing staff through coaching, supervision, and training
- Working collaboratively with repairs, housing, and asset teams

About You

- Do you have experience leading or supervising a team?
