Senior Property Litigation Solicitor
London | 5+ PQE | Leading City Firm | £100k - £120k
We are working with a highly regarded City law firm seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor / Associate (5+ PQE) to join its market-leading London team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the City’s preeminent specialist Real Estate practices, dealing with Property Litigation and high-quality contentious matters across a diverse range of sectors.
The Role
Due to continued growth and an increasing volume of instructions, the team seeks a specialist Property contentious lawyer to advise on:
- Managing a broad range of RED&SR (Real Estate Dispute and Serious métodos) matters, including but not limited to:
- Party wall claims
- Developer claims
- Trespass claims
- Right to Light easements
- Proactively handling Landlord and Tenant matters
- Dealing with possession proceedings, including:
- On behalf of landlords and lenders
- Mortgage possession claims
- Enforcing personal guarantees
- Managing contested lease renewals
- Handling forfeiture cases and applications for relief from forfeiture

The Property Litigation team sits within the firm’s Real Estate Group, comprising both contentious and non-contentious specialists. It is a high-performing, cohesive, and busy team with a reputation for:

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years (ideally 5+ years) experience in contentious property litigation
