HIRING: Senior Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Property Manager to join a large and growing global property management company. In this key role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse residential property portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while supporting the wider property management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential property portfolio from move-in to tenancy end
- Overseeing lettings administration, including tenant referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-ins
- Coordinating inventories, check-ins/check-outs, and deposit returns/disputes
- Managing rent collection, reconciliations, statements, and arrears control
- Handling maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors, tenants, landlords, and managing agents to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
- Organising and monitoring statutory compliance, including Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), EPCs, and other legal requirements
- Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and resolving queries professionally
- Negotiating tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and updated tenancy terms
- Conducting routine property inspections and preparing detailed reports with recommendations
- Supporting overseas landlords and overseeing the onboarding of new properties
- Ensuring compliance with current property legislation and industry best practice
- Assisting with mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of property management processes

About You
- ARLA Propertymark qualification (essential)
- 3+ years' experience in residential property management
- Experience managing 100+ AST Portfolio
- Strong knowledge of UK residential lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
