The Opportunity
An exciting Senior Property Manager position awaits in a forward-thinking, fast-growing property business.
This role is perfect for a highly organised, proactive Property Manager with at least 3 years’ experience managing residential portfolios. Ideal candidates enjoy taking ownership, delivering exceptional customer service, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
The client requires someone with strong property management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach, even for senior-level responsibilities. This role demands active day-to-day involvement, with a leader-by-example mindset.
Candidates begin with in-office hours (5 days/week) for 3 months before transitioning to hybrid work arrangements.
The Role
The Senior Property Manager will manage a substantial residential portfolio (200+ properties), serving as the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors. Responsibilities include:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of ~200 residential properties.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Primary contact for landlords/tenants/contractors.
- Maintenance Oversight: Resolve maintenance issues end-to-end, ensuring compliance with safety/legal standards.
- Tenant Relocation Support: Manage move-ins/outs and deposit negotiations.
- Dispute Resolution: Facilitate discussions between landlords/tenants on deposit claims and escalate disputes.
- Compliance & Inspections: Enforce speedy resolution of issues while enforcing inspection and compliance protocols.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and CRM updates.
- Quality Assurance: Work cross-functionally to uphold company service standards.
- Team Empowerment: Foster growth of the property management function.

About You
Essential Requirements
- 3–5 years’ UK experience in residential Property Management.
- Portfolio management experience suited to ≥200-property portfolios.
- Independent estate agency experience.
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented with leadership and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- CRM proficiency and technological adaptability.
- Resilient mindset for a fast-evolving business.
