What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

  • Directly line manage any assigned staff which may include Property Managers, Property Coordinators and any onsite staff
  • Responding to incoming client and resident enquiries quickly, and ensuring regular feedback of outstanding issues is provided
  • Manage all aspects of health, safety and compliance
  • Conduct regular site inspections
  • Manage contractors to deliver a high quality of service that is value for money at our developments
  • Set accurate budgets for the developments in your portfolio
  • Attending resident meetings on site, sometimes outside of office hours at a time to suit our clients
  • Taking ownership of client relationship management on each of the sites within their portfolio
  • Deliver excellent customer service through professionalism and strong technical knowledge
  • Be a contact point for property managers in the team to help with complex property issues
  • Be actively involved in department projects and contribute to business improvements
  • Deliver training session to the team
  • Contribute to the strategic delivery targets for the business
  • Respond to all enquiries in line with our Centrick Customer Service Charter
  • To support with the day to day running of the department in line with Director guidance
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings, providing suggestions for improvements

What you need to succeed

  • Able to proactively manage the team to success, spot issues and solve them
  • Able to delegate effectively and coach team members to achieve their goals
  • Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems
  • Experience of working in a similar role is essential
  • ATPI qualification is essential
