Senior Property Manager – Commercial Property Management Central London £45,000 – £60,000

An established, independent property consultancy is looking to expand its commercial management team by adding a Senior Property Manager.
This role provides:

The Role
You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use assets, working with clients including:
- Property companies
- Investors
- Private clients
- Landlords

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Managing multi-let office, retail, and mixed-use assets.
- Building strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Preparing client reports and offering strategic property advice.
- Managing service charge budgets, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Overseeing lease compliance, landlord & tenant matters, and tenant queries.
- Coordinating with facilities managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure asset management.
- Supporting asset strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance portfolio performance.
About You
Eligible candidates should have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property management.
- Experience managing commercial or mixed-use assets.
- Strong understanding of:
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Service charges
- Lease obligations
- Confident in:
- Communicating with clients
- Managing stakeholder relationships
- MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership).
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable with ownership responsibility.
