Senior Property Manager

Salary: Basic salary £35,000, plus a quarterly paid commission incentive. OTE: £36,750 – £42,000 Location: Vox Studios, 1–45 Durham Street, SE11 5JH

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Property Manager

As a Senior Property Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants through exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of ~175 residential properties, including:
    • Coordinating maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently.
    • Chasing rental arrears and negotiating deposit returns/disputes.
  • Apply your deep technical knowledge of property management to resolve even the most complex challenges.
  • Play a key role in training and mentoring staff, sharing best practices and expertise within the team.

Your Skills and Experience

You must bring:

  • A highly successful track record in residential property management.
  • Proven ability to develop and mentor staff, with experience delivering impactful training sessions.
  • ARLA qualification and up-to-date knowledge of property market trends and regulations.
  • Superb organisation skills and a composed, calm demeanour—even under pressure.
  • A reputation for exceptional customer service across previous roles.
