GKR International has partnered with a growing Estate Agency in Edinburgh who's looking to add a Senior Property Manager to their team.
About Your Role
As a Senior Property Manager you will have oversight of an expanding portfolio where you will have full autonomy managing processes from start to finish. In addition to this, if you are looking to manage your own "hub", you will have an opportunity to do so here.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants from start to finish
- Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Handle tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and other end-of-tenancy processes.

About You:
- Ideally with 3+ years Property Management experience
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
- A proactive approach and solutions focused.
- ARLA qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
