An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Senior Property Relationship Manager. This role offers an OTE of £33,000 - £36,000, dependent on experience.

The Role
- Leading by example by delivering excellent customer service
- Providing guidance and mentorship to Property Relationship Managers, leading team meetings, and overseeing ad hoc property management projects in collaboration with the Team Leader.
- Conduct spot checks and quality control reviews of team outputs.
- Supporting the Team Leader with day-to-day team management, plus providing cover for annual leave.
- Manage contractor relationships, ensuring good working relationships and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues that arise.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential for this role
- Solid industry and legislative knowledge
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Resilience when working in a fast-paced & demanding environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks & responsibilities
- Ability to support, mentor, and coach a team
