Senior Relationship Manager – Lettings Management Team
Location: Wimbledon
At KFH (part of the Lomond group), we are London’s largest property services group. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Lettings Management team.
About the Role
KFH offers a wide range of property services, including sales, lettings, block management, surveying, and financial services. Our core philosophy is to deliver exceptional service through collaboration, integrity, and achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Complaint & Customer Support:
- Handle first-tier complaints and resolve them effectively without escalation.

Property Performance & Compliance:
- Oversee property performance and report to your line manager.
- Monitor safety inspections, maintenance requests, and contractor appointments.
- Conduct property visits to ensure contractual obligations are met.

_POST & Financial Management:
- Manage deposit returns, insurance claims, and legal compliance.

Team Collaboration & Best Practice:
- Support Team Leaders in embedding consistent best practice.
- Partner with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential property management (essential).
- Experience managing third-party contractors and resolving complaints (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT systems and CRM platforms.
- A client-focused mindset and commitment to high standards of service.
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential.
