Senior Budgets & Proposals Associate
Purpose
The role of the Senior Budgets & Proposals Associate is to support the commercial department in the smooth running of the pre-award process including budgets and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
The job tasks listed below outline the broad scope of the position. The application of these tasks may vary, and additional tasks added, based on current business needs.
- Develop client proposals and budgets including collaboration with key Veramed staff to create budgets and compile high quality proposal documents
- Track client proposals and budgets from the initial request for proposal through to opportunity award in Salesforce
- Facilitate responses to requests for information, pre-qualification questionnaires, invitations to tender and requests for proposals
- Schedule internal and external meetings in relation to commercial opportunities
- Process Optimisation (in collaboration with Leadership team and Sales Operations team)
- Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the Contracts & Proposals department with the strategic goals of the organisation
- Support the C&P Management Team with any other ad hoc tasks
- Perform work in full compliance with applicable internal and client policies, procedures, processes and training

Minimum Qualification Requirements
- BSc or BA preferably in Business or Life Sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years’ experience working within a budgets, proposals, commercial or admin function
