We have a great opportunity for a Senior Proposals Associate to join our supportive and dedicated team. Previous CRO experience preferred or equivalent life sciences knowledge, with at least 1 year's experience in a budgets and proposals role. If you have worked in Statistics, Statistical Programming or Data Management this would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
The job tasks listed below outline the broad scope of the position. The application of these tasks may vary, and additional tasks added, based on current business needs.
- Creation of Data Management, biostatistics and programming budgets in line with commercial process.
- Facilitation and build of Data Management, biostatistics and programming proposals using standard company template and with the input of SMEs.
- Setup and maintenance of all opportunities accurately in CRM. Ensure information is complete and up to date.
- Setup of folder structure, opportunity planning documents and associated documentation for new business opportunities.
- Coordinate setup of CDA during initial interactions with new clients.
- Complete necessary strategic client qualification and win plans in collaboration with the sales team.
- Create capabilities presentations and pitch decks following the company template.
- Facilitate responses to requests for information, pre-qualification questionnaires, invitations to tender and requests for proposals.
- Schedule internal and external meetings in relation to commercial opportunities.
- Create and maintain content library and repository for historic proposals, pitch decks and RFIs.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
- BSc or BA preferably in Business or Life Sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 year of experience working within a budgets, proposals, commercial or admin function.
