We're partnering with a leading global Contract Research Organization to recruit a Senior Proposal & Contracts Specialist to support high-value clinical research opportunities across biotech and biopharmaceutical sponsors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced proposals professional with 5–7 years of proposal and contract experience within the clinical research industry, preferably gained at a CRO. The successful candidate will independently lead complex proposal and contract activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of proposal and/or contract management experience within the clinical research industry, preferably with a Contract Research Organization (CRO), is required.
- Demonstrated experience independently authoring proposals, developing bid grids, and preparing pricing documentation for clinical research opportunities.
- Strong understanding of CRO operations, clinical trial processes, and commercial proposal development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex proposals and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with proposal management, pricing, and CRM systems.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

- Experience supporting global Phase I–IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic approach to proposal development and contract management.
- Previous experience in a senior proposals, contracts, or commercial operations role within a global CRO.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
