About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Proposition and Market Manager to support Payments and FX solutions.
You’ll drive the growth of our Cross Border Cross Currency proposition globally. You’ll work closely with the Global Product and Sales teams, as well as with other functions, including Compliance & Legal, Marketing, Implementation and Engineering to develop and deliver on the global commercialisation plans for Payment & FX Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, communicate and drive our strategy and develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive, customer orientated Product set, including product innovation to achieve and report on specific business targets
- Lead commercialisation and thought leadership activities internally and externally to achieve the development and promotion of our payment story and market presence through the lens of our clients
- Lead collaboration initiatives to drive and achieve our multi-year strategy that will meet market demand for Payments and FX solutions for our clients
- Be responsible for ensuring that all products meet regulatory and HSBC best practice standards
- Drive for success through the application of people management skills to a team managed directly and indirectly across a wide matrix of geography both within Global Payments Solutions and in collaboration with other business areas
- Evaluate and assess opportunities for scaling payments and FX opportunities at pace

Requirements
- Industry sector expertise in cash management and exposure to Cross Border Payment products
- Demonstrated depth of end-to-end Product Management experience with a client centric mindset
- Proven track record of building and motivating successful teams with strong influencing and collaboration skills
- Analytical, data driven, with project management skills, along with an ability to both build consensus and challenge norms
- Strong presentation skills and able to work independently under pressure of competing deadlines
