Hybrid | £50,000–£60,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE circa £100,000)

We're looking for an ambitious and technically strong Protection Adviser who wants more than just another advisory role. The Role
As a Senior Protection Adviser, you'll provide expert advice on complex personal and business protection cases while playing an important role in:
- The continued growth of the protection division.
- Helping develop new business opportunities.
- Strengthening professional partnerships.
- Supporting the development of a high-performing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys complex protection planning and wants to progress into a leadership role as the business continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver expert advice across personal, family and business protection.
- Manage complex protection cases for business owners, directors and high-net-worth clients.
- Identify opportunities to grow protection revenue through existing clients and professional introducers.
- Help recruit, coach and develop a growing protection team.
- Build strong relationships with:
- Accountants
- Solicitors
- Tax advisers
- Wealth managers
- Other professional partners
- Work closely with leading insurers to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain:
- Exceptional advice quality
- FCA compliance
- Outstanding customer service
You'll Have Experience In
- Key Person Protection
- Shareholder Protection
- Relevant Life Policies
- Executive Income Protection
- Business Loan Protection
- Family Protection Planning
- Trust Planning
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- High Sum Assured Life Cover
- Complex underwriting cases
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience advising on protection solutions.
- A strong background in complex business protection.
- Experience working with:
- High-net-worth individuals
- Directors
- Business owners
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Trusts
- Underwriting
- Protection planning
- A commercial mindset with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- CeMAP, DipFA or equivalent qualifications.
- A full UK driving licence.
