Join our rapidly growing team in London and work across travel and hospitality clients, including but not limited to Gaia Mayfair, Shanghai Me, La Maison Ani, Riviera Dining Group, Aqua Restaurant Group, Eataly London, TUMI, Leréi London, Lady A by Soho House, ROKA & ZUMAMykonos, The Lana - Dorchester Collection and many others.
Offices in London as well as Dubai, Paris & New York.
Candidates must have:
Duties to include, but not limited to:
· Drafting and distributing press releases · Sending and managing invitations to media · Managing trackers, media lists and reports · Negotiating forms of coverage for clients (e.g. print, digital, features, roundups, social) · Work alongside other senior account executives to manage account executives and interns. · Clippings of secured coverage · Creating reports for clients at the end of the month · Supporting with new business pitches · Assisting with communications plans

Candidates must have:
· Professionalism & experience · Ability to write creatively and imaginatively · Independence and ability to have initiative · The ability to work to a deadline · Previous examples of work and case studies · Ability to work under pressure and deliver results · Fast and competent on emails, writing etc. · Good sense and understanding on the entertainment and hospitality industries · Interest in hospitality, travel & events · Relationships/contacts with journalists

Other information:
· Covent Garden (London) office - 4 days a week (1 day work from home) · 25 days a year holiday + bank holidays · Salary based on experience · Perks & benifits such as complimentary experiences (e.g. hotels, restaurants, bars etc.) · Team activities · Access to Soho Works
A task will be set as part of the 2nd stage interview as well as meet the team.
