Senior Account Executive

📍 Location – Leeds or London, with hybrid working (3 days in the office)
💰 Salary – £30–33k, depending on location and experience

Ready to take the next step in your B2B PR career?

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join a growing B2B communications team, supporting the delivery of integrated PR, SEO, social media and content campaigns.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a self-starter who learns quickly, enjoys getting stuck into client work and wants to make a measurable difference. You’ll work closely with account managers and specialist teams, helping to keep campaigns moving while delivering plenty of the work yourself.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting account managers with the delivery of integrated communications strategies across PR, content, social and SEO
  • Coordinating with specialist teams to keep client work on time, on brief and hitting agreed KPIs
  • Delivering campaign activity yourself, with support and oversight from the wider team
  • Creating social media content and helping to develop social strategies
  • Measuring campaign performance, producing reports and presenting results to clients
  • Building a strong understanding of your clients’ businesses, industries and objectives
  • Contributing to the agency’s own marketing activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
