Role Description
We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join the growing team at The Oracle Group.
This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who is ready to take greater ownership of client activity. You’ll contribute to the delivery of impactful PR campaigns, develop strong media relations skills, and play a key role in integrated communications across a varied client portfolio.
You’ll work across clients in the property, placemaking, and construction sectors, supporting the delivery of campaigns through media relations, content creation, and coordinated communications.

You will also collaborate with Influenced, our influencer and social media division, gaining exposure to influencer marketing and integrated digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of PR campaigns across a portfolio of clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, journalists, and industry contacts
- Draft high-quality content, including press releases, articles, case studies, award entries, and social content
- Identify news angles, story opportunities, and relevant sector trends
- Execute proactive media relations, including outreach, pitching, and follow-ups
- Secure, monitor, and report on media coverage across national, regional, and trade outlets
- Assist in preparing client reports, updates, and campaign results
- Contribute ideas for campaigns
- Coordinate PR activity such as local events, site visits, and media opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of media contacts, coverage, and campaign activity

Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in PR, communications, or an agency environment
- Strong understanding of media relations and news generation
- Excellent writing skills with a good attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Understanding of how social media and influencer activity support PR (or willingness to learn)
- Interest in media trends and sectors such as property, construction, or lifestyle
