Join Our Team as a Senior PV Operations Scientist – Alliance Management and Make a Difference in Global Pharmacovigilance

Are you passionate about patient safety and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment? We’re seeking a dedicated Senior PV Operations Scientist – Alliance Management to lead and optimise our PV partnerships across the EMEA region. This pivotal role offers the chance to shape how we manage external collaborations, ensuring compliance, efficacy, and excellence in pharmacovigilance operations. If you’re a strategic thinker with a knack for relationship-building and a strong background in PV, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Proven experience in Pharmacovigilance, including managing SDEAs and fostering strong PV partner relationships?
  • Deep knowledge of European PV regulatory reporting requirements?
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners?
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail?
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment?
  • A logical, structured approach to problem-solving and process improvement?

Nice To Have Skills

  • Prior experience with PV systems and regulatory agency inspections?
  • Familiarity with global PV operations and cross-cultural collaboration?
  • Project management skills and experience with tools like MS Project or SharePoint?

Preferred Education And Experience

  • A graduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field?
  • Previous experience in PV alliance management or in a senior PV operations role within the pharmaceutical industry?
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with PV partners and stakeholders

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support global and regional PV activities?
  • Ability to operate comfortably across cross-functional teams including Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Business Development?
