Senior Python and LLM Developer
We're Hiring: Senior Python & LLM Developer (10+ Years Experience)
Are you passionate about building intelligent systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, RAG Architectures, and Conversational AI?
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python & LLM Developer to join our AI engineering team and help shape the next generation of AI-driven products. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies including LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic Frameworks, RAG Pipelines, Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, and Cloud AI Services.
🌟 What You'll Do
As a Senior Python & LLM Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions that solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions leveraging LLMs, NLP, and Agentic AI frameworks
- Design and implement sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to deliver accurate, context-aware AI experiences
- Build intelligent, stateful AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, StateGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, and similar frameworks
- Develop scalable backend services and high-performance APIs using Python, FastAPI, HTTP, and gRPC
- Create next-generation conversational AI platforms, chatbots, and virtual assistants through prompt engineering and agent orchestration
- Integrate AI applications with SQL, NoSQL, Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, and third-party systems
- Implement MLOps best practices and contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Architects, Product Managers, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI solutions
- Stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies and drive innovation across the organization

✔ 10+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in Python ✔ Extensive hands-on experience with:

- Agentic AI Frameworks ✔ Proven experience designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions ✔ Strong expertise in:
- Prompt Engineering
- Conversational AI
- NLP Applications
- AI Agent Development ✔ Experience building scalable APIs using FastAPI ✔ Strong understanding of:
- HTTP & gRPC
- Docker & Kubernetes
- MLOps & AI Deployment
- Cloud AI Services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) ✔ Experience deploying production-grade AI solutions on enterprise platforms

- Experience with Vector Databases:
- Pinecone
- Chroma
- FAISS
- Experience with Knowledge Graph technologies:
- Neo4j
- RDF
- Graph Databases
- Exposure to additional languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript
- Open-source contributions, AI research, publications, or GitHub projects

🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Demonstrable portfolio of AI, NLP, LLM, or Agentic AI projects
