About DeliveryApp DeliveryApp is in an exciting phase of rapid growth. As we scale our operations and technology, we are expanding our engineering team to build the next generation of our platform. We are looking for a highly capable Senior Python Developer to step in and take full ownership of our AI initiatives. You will not just be writing code; you will be driving the architecture, making critical technical decisions, and leading the implementation of our AI capabilities from the ground up.
The Mission You will be architecting autonomous agents designed to solve high-impact, real-world challenges across our logistics network. Expect to tackle complex, reasoning-driven problems involving dynamic logistical optimization, intelligent operational automation, and advanced customer-facing solutions.

The Role This role focuses on building autonomous, reasoning-driven AI systems. We are not looking for someone to build simple API wrappers. You will take complete ownership of designing and deploying sophisticated agentic architectures that drive real value for the business.
Core Stack
Python: Expert level AI Frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT-style frameworks Vector Databases: Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate Architecture: LLM orchestration and tool-calling pipelines API Design: REST and GraphQL

Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of professional Python development Proven Track Record: A portfolio of deployed AI systems (prototypes alone will not suffice) Specialization: Direct experience building autonomous task-solvers or multi-agent systems System Design: Strong architectural and system design capabilities (whiteboarding will be required during the interview process) Communication: Excellent and fluent English speaking skills are absolutely essential. You must have the ability to clearly explain complex AI logic to non-technical stakeholders Working Model: A minimum of 4 days a week on-site is required for deep collaboration, architectural whiteboarding, and strategic planning
Compensation
Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience
