- Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance and Software Testing skills, with experience in end-to-end testing of complex systems.
- Candidates should be proficient in designing, documenting, and maintaining Test Cases that cover functional, non-functional, and AI-specific scenarios.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience with Manual Testing, including exploratory testing and regression testing for web and API-based applications.
- Candidates should demonstrate expertise in QA Automation, including building and maintaining automation frameworks, scripting tests, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience testing AI/ML products or data-intensive applications, including validation of model outputs and performance, is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on root cause analysis.
- Proficiency with modern test management and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, JMeter, or similar) and version control systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, remote teams and communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the energy sector or enterprise-scale software environments is a plus.
