PROJECT OVERVIEW
Our client operates within the energy, commodities, and financial data space, delivering digital products that require robust and reliable test coverage across web and mobile platforms. The QA team supports continuous delivery through E2E and API automation across distributed Agile teams.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Build and maintain E2E test suites across several products;
- Build and maintain API tests, including request/response interception and webhook validation;
- Extend cross-platform coverage through mobile testing;
- Keep CI/CD pipelines healthy — maintain workflows, reduce flaky tests, and support multi-environment execution.
IF YOU ARE
- Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript;
- Hands-on with Playwright (or comparable modern E2E tools such as Cypress or WebdriverIO), with a solid grasp of Page Object Model, fixtures, and web-first assertions;
- Experienced in API testing — HTTP method/URL assertions, REST APIs, and webhooks;
- Comfortable with CI/CD — parallelization, scheduled pipelines, and multi-environment (dev/staging/prod) test execution;
- Proficient with Git workflows and PR-based development;
- Solid in QA fundamentals: designing regression and smoke suites, and systematic flaky-test triage;
- Strong in debugging — reading traces, screenshots, and video recordings to identify root causes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
