As a Senior QA Engineer you will help shape delivery of our Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) SaaS products and our quality processes, adopting AI into our tooling and products.

By automating our testing, you will reduce the burden of manual testing a wide range of product features, ensuring repeatable quality is delivered by the software team across a high volume of releases.

Your experience will help guide modern quality centric practices across the cross functional team, and utilising AI to help solve emerging challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build out automation frameworks and test suite that reduce the manual testing burden and supports an increase in velocity of software releases.
  • Champion a test automation strategy across the team, defining standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Evaluate and introduce AI-powered testing tools, running proof-of-concepts and documenting outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain the manual regression test suite to be executed for each product.
  • Provide expertise in testing technology, tooling and processes with proactive implementation.
  • Assure that all developed solutions deliver the functional and non-functional acceptance criteria expected by our customers.
  • Assure that product releases are of high quality and act as the approval authority for deployment.
  • Support the product owner in the elaboration of requirements and help write acceptance criteria that are executable by the developers.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their issues, judge the severity of the problem and document the expected resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and replicate software defects as early as possible.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
