We're working with a successful, growing digital transformation consultancy whose work is genuinely mission-led - delivering platforms and services that make the world a smarter, safer, greener and healthier place. Their solutions are trusted by globally recognised public and private sector organisations, with a strong focus on public sector and civic impact, spanning Civil Defence, Healthcare, Sustainable Environment and Land Asset Management, and Digital Democracy.

This is a genuine opportunity to work on #tech4good projects that matter - not just ship features, but help deliver safety-critical, large-scale digital services that improve people's lives.

We're hiring for both Senior and Lead QA Engineers to join a talented team of dynamic, driven professional problem solvers, creative thinkers and solutions builders who thrive on helping public sector and civic clients meet exciting digital transformation challenges.

The Role

As a QA Engineer, you'll apply your expertise in test planning, design, development and maintenance, while contributing to the ongoing growth of the QA capability within the Engineering discipline.

You'll take responsibility for quality assurance across services and projects that underpin critical public infrastructure and services, working closely with Lead Engineers, DevOps, and multi-disciplinary teams to build robust, repeatable, high-quality testing practices - helping deliver some of the UK's most important tech-for-good projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
