We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our technology.
In this role, you’ll help shape and enhance our testing approach, drive automation, and work closely with engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable banking solutions in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

What you'll do:
- Collaborate with engineers to define testing strategies, requirements, and best practices
- Manage test data, cases, and scripts across functional, regression, and performance testing
- Ensure robust integration and end-to-end testing across systems
- Drive test automation frameworks and ensure effective execution of automated tests
- Troubleshoot issues in test environments and support timely resolution
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and quality standards
- Stay up to date with emerging QA tools and technologies
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in software testing (ideally within financial services or tech)
- Strong experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g. Git)
- Experience with performance and load testing tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- A proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset
