Job Description:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers on all quality-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and strong working relationships.
- Maintain and develop a “Quality Walk the Floor” routine to drive product quality, monitor performance, and support operational targets.
- Ensure the Quality Management System complies with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements through audits and continuous improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities to reduce non-conformance and support a zero-defect culture.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure quality standards are embedded from initial production stages.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Quality Engineer within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards including AS9100 and NADCAP.
