About The Role Job Description: Senior Quality Engineer
Note: The position is for the UK region, so candidates residing in the UK are preferred. Holding a Security Clearance certificate is an added plus.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to lead automation, performance, and identity testing initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Playwright, Selenium, REST Assured, and JMeter, combined with strong knowledge of identity standards and platforms such as ForgeRock and Ping Identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation Frameworks: Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Selenium, REST Assured, and Postman.
- Performance Testing: Conduct load and stress testing with JMeter to ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Identity Testing: Validate authentication and authorization flows across OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML integrations.
- Platform Familiarity: Work with ForgeRock AM, IDM, Directory Services, Identity Gateway, and Ping Identity platforms to ensure secure and compliant implementations.
- Engineering Practices: Develop test utilities in Java; integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Provide detailed defect analysis, test coverage metrics, and quality reports to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with developers, DevOps, and security teams to embed quality gates into delivery pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of experience in quality engineering and automation testing.
- Strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium, REST Assured, Postman, JMeter.
- Hands-on experience with Java and CI/CD integration via GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with ForgeRock and Ping Identity platforms.
- Solid understanding of identity standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale enterprise testing frameworks.
- Certifications in test automation tools or IAM platforms.
- Background in DevSecOps and security testing.
