About Us

We are a leading FMCG food manufacturer, committed to producing high-quality, safe, and authentic products. Our success is driven by our passionate team and dedication to continuous improvement. We are now seeking a Senior Quality Manager to strengthen our Technical team, supporting our Technical Manager to drive standards even higher across site operations.

About the Role

As Senior Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet all food safety, quality, and customer requirements. Working closely with the Technical Manager, you will maintain and develop quality systems, support audit readiness, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for an experienced QA Manager, Quality Supervisor, or Technical Coordinator ready to step up into a senior leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Technical Manager in all technical, quality, and food safety matters, deputising as needed.
  • Ensure products are safe, legal, authentic, and high quality.
  • Lead non-conformance management, including investigation, Root Cause Analysis, and corrective action planning.
  • Conduct and lead traceability exercises and internal audits (GMP, Hygiene, Compliance).
  • Oversee validation and verification of new and existing processes.
  • Investigate customer complaints, identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions.
  • Manage and develop the QA Auditor team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance systems in line with BRCGS, customer codes of practice, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and data analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support customer and third-party audits, including audit preparation, hosting, and non-conformance closure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
