Your Responsibilities
Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quality Operations Manager to join our Quality Team. We’re looking for someone who can lead the site quality operations function, ensuring robust control of laboratory, QA and supplier compliance activities. The role provides leadership to ensure the site consistently meets food safety, legal and certification standards while driving continuous improvement, risk reduction and a strong quality culture.

What You Bring
- Strong quality and food safety leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage QA, laboratory and supplier compliance functions within a food manufacturing environment.
- Expert knowledge of regulatory, food safety and quality requirements, including Food Safety Management Systems, FSSC 22000, GMP, allergen management and audit compliance.
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to analyse data, resolve complex quality issues, drive root-cause investigations and deliver sustainable business improvements through effective stakeholder collaboration.
