Role Overview
Permanent role with a growing construction business delivering projects up to £5M.
Key Requirements
- HNC / Degree in Construction (or equivalent)
- Experience in estimating & quantity surveying (refurb & new build)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Tendering processes
- NEC / JCT contracts
- Financial reporting
- Strong Excel / IT skills and stakeholder management
- CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence

About The Role
This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of construction projects, supporting both pre-construction and commercial delivery.
As a Senior Quality Surveyor, your responsibilities include: Delivering accurate tenders, managing project financials, coordinating bids to ensure compliance and successful project outcomes. Supporting business growth, managing client relationships, and maintaining high HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tenders, estimates, and Bills of Quantities (up to £5M)
- Manage CVRs, forecasting, and project financials
- Coordinate bids and ensure compliance
- Negotiate supply chain pricing
- Oversee valuations, applications, and final accounts
- Support client relationships and business growth
